EventHouse ® will arrange for you and your guests to taste selected wines. Oenologists from the leading Bulgarian wine producers will be your consultants.

Here are some valuable tips on the art of taste: taste dry before sweet wines and young before old, as a rule, light white wines are better analyzed only when tasted before solid red ones. It is important for the wines to have the appropriate temperature - (6 º -10 º C for the white wine and 15 º -20 º C for the red wine). Taste wines in the following order - clarity and colour shades, bouquet, flavour. Discuss with the other participants the quality of a certain wine - so you'll find other features of it and do not smoke while tasting - smoking may disturb the others.
